What is an “impression”?
An impression is a digital media term that indicates an online user has seen your content; typically an advertisement or social media post.
What is “total potential reach”?
Total potential reach (TPR) reflects the total impressions of the posts from your employee advocacy/influencer marketing campaign. For example, if you have 1,000 employees and they each have 930 LinkedIn Connections and they all post one piece of content, your TPR is 930,000.
How do we cancel our subscription?
Inphlu has month-to-month contracts. Simply reach out to our customer support team and we’ll stop your service.
Do you provide training and customer support?
Yes! We provide hands-on training for your team via on-site or videoconference workshops. We also help you set and achieve quarterly milestones.
